Masked Singer: Montell Jordan Reveals What He Would've Sung For TV Night

During The Masked Singer season 8's Vegas Night, Panther was unmasked as legendary singer Montell Jordan, and now he reveals which song he would have sung if he made it to the upcoming TV Theme Songs Night. Montell is a singer, songwriter, record producer and pastor, best known for his 1995 hit single "This Is How We Do It." As Panther, Montell sang "Feeling Good" by Nina Simone. He wowed the panel, including Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger and guest panelist Donny Osmond.

Through The Masked Singer audience vote, Montell made it to the Battle Royale, in which he faced off against Harp. They both sang "Born To Be Wild" by Steppenwolf. Montell sang in a lower voice than his first song to try to throw off the panel. Although they both gave impressive performances, the panel chose Harp to move on to the next round, eliminating Panther. Even though Jenny and Nicole have guessed Montell multiple times over the years for other celebrities, they laughed that they ironically didn't think of him for Panther. The panelists' final guesses were Iman Shumpert (Robin), Lamar Odom (Jenny), Andre Drummond (Donny), Sam Richardson (Ken) and Billy Porter (Nicole). Montell was then unmasked, and he sang "This Is How We Do It" for the adoring audience.

However, Montell will not get the chance to perform it because only Harp made it through to the next round.
